Flexible Engagement Models
Duration or Outcome-Based
Good For: Specific project or goal-related engagements. We will scope out the project and can provide an estimated duration for completion, or an Outcome to be delivered by "x" date. This offers flexibility around pricing and time to deliver.
Examples: Ideal Customer Profile development, market sizing, pipeline planning, playbook creation, annual forecasting, GTM strategy, systems integration.
Recurring Engagement
Good For: Recurring Coaching or Process work. We can work with you to define a fixed weekly, monthly or quarterly engagement plan with clear deliverables and outcomes.
Examples: Weekly or bi-Weekly forecast reviews, dedicated coaching sessions, quarterly business review (QBRs), Objectives and Key Results (OKR) tracking, quarterly planning/re-forecasting, etc.
Fractional
Good For: Engagements that will require multiple services and deeper integration with your team. Fractional work can still be duration and outcome based, but more flexible in terms of availability and scope.
Examples: Fractional VP/CRO, Fractional Channel/Partnerships Manager, Dedicated Coach/Support manager, etc.
